НЕБАЙКА is an independent digital media project producing and publishing educational short-form content.
The website nebayka.helpiqo.com serves as the public information website for the project and its connected services.
2. Google and YouTube API Services
НЕБАЙКА uses Google and YouTube API Services to manage its own YouTube channel and content.
Depending on the functions used, the application may access information such as:
- YouTube channel information;
- video identifiers and video metadata;
- publishing status;
- video statistics;
- YouTube Analytics data relating to НЕБАЙКА's own content;
- authorization information required for authenticated API access.
The application may also use the YouTube API to upload videos to the НЕБАЙКА YouTube channel.
3. Purpose of processing
Google and YouTube data is used exclusively for operating the НЕБАЙКА media workflow, including publishing videos, monitoring publication status and evaluating the performance of НЕБАЙКА content.
Google user data is not used for advertising purposes.
Google user data is not sold.
Google user data is not transferred to data brokers.
Google user data is not used to create advertising profiles.
4. Storage and security
Authentication credentials and authorization tokens required for the YouTube integration are stored securely in the project's protected automation infrastructure.
Access is limited to systems required for operating НЕБАЙКА.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored credentials and data against unauthorized access.
5. Data retention
Data obtained through Google or YouTube APIs is retained only for as long as it is reasonably required to operate, monitor and improve the НЕБАЙКА publishing workflow.
Authorization tokens may be stored while the YouTube integration remains active.
Where stored API-derived information is no longer required, it may be deleted or replaced by aggregated statistical information.
6. Revoking Google access
Google account access granted to НЕБАЙКА can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/connections):
Google Account → Security → Third-party apps and services / Connections
Revoking access prevents further authenticated access through the affected authorization.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
НЕБАЙКА's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Third-party services
The project may use technical service providers for hosting, automation and social-media publishing.
Only information required to provide the respective technical function is processed through these services.
9. Website data
The public website itself does not intentionally require users to create an account or provide personal information. It does not use cookies, tracking or advertising.
Server infrastructure (Google Firebase Hosting) may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps and request information for security and operational purposes.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the functionality of НЕБАЙКА or its integrations change.
